Sorry...

Dear Customer,

We are really sorry for not replying your email in time (within 2-3 days). Somehow we are not used to the idea that we need to check the LittleRoses' email regularly. As we assumed that no one would ever send (any) email to us. And we were WRONG!! But don't you worry as we have set our mind that we need to at least check the LittleRoses' mailbox at least once per day.
